Before anything else, we talk. I schedule a free 20–30 minute  call with every new client so I can hear your story, understand what you need, and answer any questions you have about working with me.

I want to make sure I am the right fit for where you are, and that you feel comfortable moving forward.

After our care call, I put together a personalized plan based on what you shared outlining the service(s), what sessions will look like, how often we will connect, and what you can expect from our work together. You will also receive a simple service agreement to review and sign. 

Once your plan is agreed upon, you will confirm your first appointment, complete intake forms, and submit payment. I accept payment through secure online options that are easy to access from any device. If cost is a concern, please do not let it stop you from reaching out. I believe in equitable access to advocacy and support, and I am happy to have that conversation.

Your first session is all about orientation and relationship. We revisit your goals, make sure you feel comfortable in the process, and begin building your personalized support. From there, we work at a pace that fits your health, your schedule, and your life. You are never just a client to me, you are a whole person, and that is how I treat you from day one.
